Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.

Please email your request to return your product to info@ethikalife.com.au and we will provide the address for the return of your unopened product(s) to us. Returned product(s) must be received within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.

OTHER Returns

Although we endeavour to ensure all products are handled with care, there are instances where a product may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us (within 30 days of purchase) at info@ethikalife.com.au to organise a replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If an incorrect product has been received, please contact info@ethikalife.com.au to arrange replacement. ETHIKA LIFE PTY LTD will organise exchange of product. If incorrect product was received at no fault of the buyer, ETHIKA LIFE PTY LTD will be organise exchange and be responsible for shipping costs.
