All items are shipped within 1 - 5 business days. Delivery of items is subject to availability. All parcels will be delivered via Courier or Australia post (dropped in your letterbox or at your door). A flat rate of $10.95 per order will apply for postage within Australia. International orders freight rates will vary depending on the weight, volume, and destination of your parcel. This will be calculated at the time the order is placed.
Order Delivery times are provided as a guide only and once shipped our reliance is on the service provider. Rural areas both in Australia and overseas may add additional delivery to the time frame. If you’re happy for your order to be left in a safe and secure location at your address, you may tick the 'Authority to Leave' box at the checkout. Otherwise, your order may be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection. If you select ‘Authority to leave’ this will be at your own risk, Ethika Life Pty Ltd is not responsible for orders misplaced or stolen. Please leave clear instructions where to leave goods if being left outside. If our courier determines that there is nowhere secure to leave your order, they may take your order to the Post Office.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you provide with your order. We do not accept any liability if the delivery address is incorrect. If your order is missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days from date of despatch so we can assist tracking your order. Any orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product cost only. Any goods that are spoiled because of this will be deducted from the amount refunded. ETHIKA LIFE PTY LTD does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or stolen, or products that have spoiled due to being left outside or not being collected from the post office within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that items that are at risk of melting in the hotter months is not the responsibility of ETHIKA LIFE PTY LTD. We keep these products cool until shipping and use heat resistant packaging, however we cannot control the temperatures the goods are exposed to after goods leave our facility.
